Hey there! It’s Neil Firth here and I’m on a mission to cut through all the technical singing information that’s out there and break it down into easy to understand language that anyone can follow, no matter how old you are or how much singing experience you have.
It’s Going to be a lot of Fun!
Learning to sing should be fun and although learning to sing well needs lots of hard work, if it’s enjoyable then it won’t really seem like work at all.
So why don’t you put the kettle on and take your time to have a good look around the site. I’m sure you’ll find some great little gems in here that will really help your singing voice start to soar.
Don’t worry if you think you can’t sing or people have told you that in the past. I’m here to prove that everyone can enjoy singing in some way, no matter what you currently think of the quality of your voice. You just need to take a leap of faith and slowly your confidence will start to improve.
It’s not the ‘natural’ quality of your voice that counts in being able to enjoy singing, it’s how you use your voice most effectively, and anyone can learn to use their voice in the best possible way.
I really am offering you the key to unlock your voice. All you have to do is take that key, put it in the lock and actually turn it…access the coaching you deserve now.
Starting with the Basics
We’ll be setting off on our journey by covering some of the basic techniques of good singing. Just like going to the gym, the voice uses certain muscles which have to be regularly exercised in order to allow the vocal cords to operate with maximum flexibility.
Believe it or not, there are also ‘get in the way’ muscles which we have to disengage too in order to allow the voice the freedom it needs to be most efficient and productive and I’ll be showing you how you can achieve this.
All the world’s best singers have to revisit the basics of their singing technique on a regular basis in order to keep their voice working at its best and it’s of paramount importance that you regularly repeat the exercises in order to achieve the best results. Absolutely anything is possible with the right positive mental attitude and I’m sure you’ll be amazed by the results.
But…..I Really Can’t Sing!!
Well I’m here to tell you, you really can sing.
Learning to sing can be a daunting prospect for many people. This could be for any number of reasons, but the main reason people don’t sing or think they can’t is due to a lack of confidence because someone told them they can’t sing in the past or that they have a ‘terrible voice.’
Overcoming the confidence issue is never easy, but overcome it we most certainly will.
By following the step by step exercises and tutorials, you’ll increase confidence, self esteem and be singing like never before.
Never again will you be thinking:
I can’t reach the high notes
I can’t reach the low notes
My voice is too shaky
I’m too nervous and shy
I don’t like listening to my own voice
People don’t want to listen to me sing
Instead you’ll be saying:
I can easily reach the high notes
I can easily reach the low notes
My voice is solid
I’m really confident
I love listening to my own voice
People love listening to me sing
How fantastic would that be?
Well I’m telling you right now, that all of this is possible and much more if you just set your mind to it and follow all the guidelines on this site.
What better way is there to learn how to improve your singing voice than in the privacy of your own home or office where no one else can hear you practice or offer negative comments. When you are ready to sing for an audience, you can choose when or if to do it and they will be amazed at the results just like you will.
